How are the prints made and shipped?

Our map prints are produced and shipped by a trusted print-on-demand partner. This helps us offer our customers faster turnaround and higher print quality than we could manage in-house. If your print arrives with any issues (damaged, defective, or misprinted) we want to know and fix the issue! Please contact us within 15 days of delivery, and we will send you a reprint as soon as possible.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically produced within 3–5 business days and then shipped directly to your door. Shipping within the United States generally takes 3–8 days and international orders may take approximately 10–30 days depending on the destination. However, shipping delays may occur. We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible but we are not responsible for shipping or customs-related delays.

Are customs and import taxes included?

For deliveries within the United States, taxes and fees are included in the checkout price. International customers may need to pay additional customs, import duties, or fees upon delivery. We are not responsible for any additional fees due upon arrival.

Do the prints come framed?

No, prints come unframed, carefully rolled and shipped in a protective mailer, so you can frame them your way.

Can I request a custom city?

We love hearing from you! Reach out to us via our contact page to suggest a city you'd like to see.

What is the return policy?

Since our prints are made to order, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. However, if your print arrives with any issues (damaged, defective, or misprinted), please contact us within 15 days of delivery, and we will send you a reprint as soon as possible.
